2007 Fall Induction Ceremony

Columbia State Community College’s Beta Kappa Theta chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for community college students, held its Fall Induction for new members on Sunday, October 21, in the Ledbetter Auditorium. Sherri Conway, the Phi Theta Kappa Tennessee Region President, was on hand to address the new inductees.

In a special presentation the Columbia State chapter presented its first Phi Theta Kappa Faculty Appreciation Award to Aubrey Flagg, Associate Professor of Geography. A reception was held in the lobby after the event. Beta Kappa Theta has welcomed forty-one new members into the chapter this Fall.
